hallo, what you need on that page? function or just design ? if just design you can use page builder plugin on WP, of you need to function like that page you need to some "check out" plugin to realize that ..

if you need function and design,
for design you can use page builder for wordpress
for function you can use plugin, like woocommerce plugin.
if you need to create some website to selling something, you can use WP + Woocommerce , thats enough, and if you have some money you can buy a template or there are many of template (free good template),

try this one (this easy one):
1. always post some new post on you blog, 1 post /day
2. Use social media to promote your blog (FB group, IG, Pinterest, reddit) 1 post/day
3. doing blog commenting on same niche with another web/blog (5/day)
wait and see for a week, if there a some progress, increase post for every step.
and last... good luck ...
