Can someone please help me? How does he has his ad like that in mobile?

make your wordpress theme responsive ( for a mobile user ) and your adsense ads would get adjusted accordingly.

well he could use some plugin, or he may have put it in the theme code, so it shows up like that

u need to make ur WP ads mobile compatible... install a plug-in for that... or visit adsense
