Hi guys, i am making a wordpress blog to my gym. I need a little help please.

Your image is low quality, why would you want that over whole site, why not just middle and have info on side about the fitness store.

Ya its correct your image is not in quality...

Change your image and take exact size image from google or take take large image from google then use that its will be clear for you.
