Wordpress Help: Can't select database

Hey guys,

I need a hand and I was hoping someone could help me out. I just got a WP site created for me by someone, I copied all the files I was given and the information in my config.php file are the same with MySQL database info as well. Here is the error I'm getting.


I've tried using the search button and Google, haven't found anything that can help me.



I'd appreciate any and all help!
