Wordpress help, about Ping services

I was taking a look inside of my WP site, and seen that it auto pings a few sites, referencing to
XML-RPC Ping Services


so, it wants the url's seperated by a " , "
anyone have a list i can throw at it, or should i just talk to my best friend google ?

its very important that you use them properly else you end up getting banned.
