wordpress generator with timer exist ???

nice all system to make blog online in blogger or wordpress
but better if they have a timer to send them.

exemple you make 100 blogs and you say send them every 10 minuts online

all programs make tons of blogs but send now so you got rush traffic now but not in all day loong, does a program like that exist please ?

i think she try to make or lookng for a programm to make in auto system 1 new blog 1 new user every 5-10 minuts,

i try it 1 by 1 every 10 minuts
do not work well
but do not know why
normally more give more visits

do you use your host's chron feature?
