Look up WPRobot here in the downloads section... It is the best in my opinion, to the point that once it made me more money than it cost, I purchased the actual program...
If you're look for an actual free program though, then use wpomatic or feedwordpress.

HEy I am The Kind of guy that wont pay for nothing. That Is how I classify myself as blackhat, but Ive always wanted to try out the robot.
So I devised a way to automate on my own,
wp-o-matic
youtube poster and
rss feeds ,
, categorize everything into the sections you want them then simply let it fly, Check back once every 2 days to quick edit the stuff that don't have tags and need labeled,
I went and checked and there are a few SEO Plugins that will fill in the blanks for you so I Suggest researching what you like. Also dont mess with the You tube Posts they will delete themselves if you re-edit them
Proof Positive is a website I made for AMateur COmbat Sports a Mixed Martial Arts Site tons Of Keyword Placements and my traffic went from 100-500 a month to 11-12,000 a month with increasing stats. Play around Word Press has a bunch of plugins that play together nicely and if you really put the effort in you can combine them to make a power house blog .. Ohh Dont Forget to Monetize.
