Wordpress for Hack and Key Generator Niches?

I am really insane on what web hosting network I am going into. I've checked hostwinds they do not accept hack and keygen blog to be transferred, checked justhost.com told me it's agains their TOS. Checked some of the offshore but they don't have live chat(want to ask since I am a newbie).

Anyways I am planning to transfer my blogger blog to wordpress. So do you think wordpress is good for hack and keygen niches?
Do you get banned using this niches? with this sh!tty DCMA rule.
