Is Wordpress a good option for an adult membership website (Pics, Vids) maybe with options like Onlyfans or so. Can you write down your experiences (Themes, Plugins)?

Not into adult niche, but wordpress for membership websites worked great for me. Now it really depends on how many videos are you trying to host, It seems like a better idea to go for a tube-like website if there are a lot of videos and something similar to only fans would require something a lot more complex than a membership plugin.
 
Onlyfans i think is a script, do you maybe know which one they use?
 
Is it possible to create a video/image tube based wordpress page like xhamster and then with some plugin to make some membership option or paid membership only option?

There are much better option for tube membership sites like KVS. But, not a cheap option.

I think it's best to make use of onlyfans script as you can have a website exactly like onlyfans. You might want to check out platforms like adent.io who provides these kinds of scripts for adult businesses.
 
or mechbunny would be an option. yep konrad will do addons as well

Mechbunny .....will allow you to choose....premium member....or no premium member...so all access or free stuff only....

Well, for members area there are better options, like ElevatedX, or mechbunny tube script. For onlyfans, there are other cms I don`t remember the name now, but there is not a solution for both things at the same time

WordPress can be used for adult membership sites, but ensure you follow legal regulations and content restrictions. Use appropriate themes and plugins.
 
KVS (Kernel Video Sharing) is a great option for adult paysites
