Wordpress Fatal Error Please help

    Hello Guys,
    I made an autoblog and after everything was done, I went to the wordpress settings page and there was error with wp-cache. It asked me to chmod the wp-content to 777. I did that and then it asked me to write a code in wp-config.php file. I did that and uploaded the file back. After that when i tried to go to my site, i am getting this error:

    I removed the code that entered in wp-config.php file and then also still get the error.

    Please help me to solve this error.

    Clean up your browser's cookie and perhaps the error notice might no longer appear.

    No, i don't know what it is.


    Tried that. It is not working on any comp.

    Please help.

    disable all your plugins and then re-enable them one by one, checking your site in between to find the culprit. Many WP fatal errors are caused by plugins.

    you are missing the wp() function inside the php wp-blog-header.php
    do you know where you are calling wp()? get rid of that call

    If this is a new install the wp-blog-header.php file may be corrupt. Try replacing it.

    Bro, I am not able to login to my site. As soon as i type mysite/wp-login.pho, i get the error. So, i am not able to disable any plugins.

    I did not make any changes to the wp-blog-header.php file. I had installed wordpress using fantastico. I also downloaded the wordpress script from the wordpress.org and replaced the wp-blog-header.php file with the downloaded one. Then too it is not working. Here is coding in the wp-blog-header.php file:



    I tried replacing it, but still getting the error.

    Wp-blog-header.php is calling 2 files. wp-load.php and template-loader.php. You have a corrupt file in one of those. Seeing how your original post said line 14 I think it would be template-loader.php. Re up both anyways.

    So the file is corrupt and none of what people said works? grab a different theme is easiest option but if you do coding PHP you will find a way :D
