Sure, there are plenty of WP Social Auto Publish Plugins available, I suggest blog2social Plugins, It's work well and easy to set with your site.
Does this mean i have to give out my password to my private facebook site, and whit risk to get hacked?

I remember that Blog2Social and NextScripts don’t require your Facebook password. They use your Facebook account's API via access tokens, so your credentials stay secure. However, please double check before use one.

Yeah you could try plugins like WP2Social or Blog2Social to automate this way. With Facebook API integration this is possible. Also you dont have to reveal your account credentials and your account will be secure this way.
You could also customize the post content before publishing them. You just have to set them up prior, and these plugins will handle the rest!

I tried Blog2Social, its pretty basic, but ihave to click on post my self, all other functions needs premium
