Hmm what changes do you need? And what's your budget?

Write down your exact requirements so that one can quote a reasonably accurate price. Modification word can mean a lot of things that can cause heartburns to both parties later and a possible Shitlist thread. So do you have the exact requirements written down? PM me those requirements, or mention those on this thread so I can also give you a quote and the time required to complete it.

Well as I don't have a great programming/wordpress vocabulary, it may be difficult, however I'll try my best to communicate exactly what I want......what's required:

I have just installed a new template so it is mostly complete, however needs tweeking in places, which are as follows:

1. Navigation Bar Editing i.e adding a menu and changing design ever so slightly, I will show example of same template which I want to copy.
2. Top Menu & Footer Menu Editing i.e. adding a menu and changing design ever so slightly, I will show example of same template which I want to copy.
3. Color Change, it's blue at the moment and I want it red.
4. Preview images made a consistent size.
5. Removal of a tag cloud, categories and archive on internal pages.
6. Addition of Disqus as opposed to current format.
7. Internal menu pages (not home page) edited to same format.

* Please bear in mind that most of what I'm asking for are provided in the pre-made template package, however as I have no clue how to do it I need someone who does.

You may give him your GTalk address here if you have one. You will need a communications channel like Skype or Gtalk to carry on day-to-day business. Not absolutely needed, but preferred....

You can make a separate GTalk account suitable for open online usage, and use that so your other main GTalk account's privacy is preserved.

As for my thanks, it has two reasons. Firstly he asked the questions that anyone would have asked before deciding on the project. Secondly, he is my friend and a pretty good and honest young web developer. I am currently busy with other projects, so can't really make a proposal here. I don't want OP to get scammed. So I supported Treeofl1's reply by liking his post.
