wordpress error question

i transfared a domain and site to a new host and when i visit the mysite/wp-admin
to see admin panel it shows this errors below how can i fix this and oh! the pages are not working as well its the same domain i just changed hosting so i dont really get it

Have u made the necessary changes in mysql and config ?

How did you transfer it ? Back it up then restore it manually ? Or was it automated ?
