Wordpress encoding problem

Hi - hoping someone can help me.

I have special characters appearing on my blog source code (wordpress). The apostrophe is the problem.

It should be: YOUR'E but Wordpress is outputting: Your'e or Your’e

My header is set to <meta charset="UTF-8">

Has anyone got any ideas please?!

Its a wordpress blog. its on all my pages. Its some kind of encoding problem - but I cant fix it
