Wordpress - Easy way to view all image alt text

I currently check my image alt text by going to each image and selecting the edit button to view the alt text.

Is there an easy way to view all the images together with their alt text? Going through each one by one is tiring. Thanks.

Could just save the entire page and look at them in the HTML save folder.

Or go old school and inspect element? Lol.
