Hi, for those that know what the hell you are talking about please answer these two questions.

When publishing unique content to your wordpress site, does Google see your posts as duplicate content that are on the first page + when you click the title you are taken to the post on a different URL then the domain but it is the same article?

Also if you wanted a post for an article to be shown on the front page but you also wanted a link to the article in your navigation bar so you made a page for the same article that is in your post on the domain does Google see that as a duplicate content?

    Thanks broskis.

I figure out ways to make money online and then au
Yes they can be seen as dupe content. If you are worried about it, just show excerpts (ie use the the_excerpt() function) on your main / category / archive pages. You can also use some combination of noindex / follow meta tags on your category and archive pages.

Personally I don't generally use categories (too much work categorizing articles for an autoblog) and just use date based archives to help spidering, so I use noindex / follow on my archive pages - so the pages don't get indexed (thus no dupe content worries) but the links get followed.

Another thing I do is to include unique content around the excerpts for the main page and the posts on the individual post pages, and hide it with jquery. You can include all kinds of custom info for a post using WP custom fields and then modding your theme to display them in the right places.
