Wordpress Download Lock Plugin!

I know there is WP Download Manager Pro, but buying the Pro version + a few more Social Lock options already nets you like 150$...

Is there any cheaper/better alternative out there?

im looking to market a free ebook which can be obtained by

• Social Unlock (FB Like, FB Share, Pinterest Pin, etc..)
• E-Mail (Download link gets mailed to you, sign up to MailChimp or w/e)
