[Wordpress] Does a theme like this exists?

So one of my clients ordered a website from me with the following specs (the site must contain these):

• horizontal menu
• left side menu (so both horizontal and left)
• all of the menus must be editable for her (thats why I'm thinking on using wordpress)
• she must be able to add meta tags (again, wordpress)
• must be able to add banners on the left side below the menu
• must be able to add benners on the right side
• content will be in the middle

I think it would be troublesome to code all this from scratch so I was wondering if there are any wordpress theme out there which has these features? Or at least somewhat similar to this, so I can modify it to match the afromentioned specs.

It's a pretty simple , in my opinion. It's a three column set-up. I don't think it will be hard to find a theme like this. If you can't find one then you could easily modify an existing theme. I don't really use wordpress so I can't point you to a website.

You could probably use a three column theme, meta plugins, and an add plugin.

Thesis could be a good fit for these requirements.

Thesis is the easiest theme for doing this. The theme is a bit costly but highly customisable. Check it out.
