Ok i'm not cheap, but i'm not rich, just looking for a quality partner on this project to help develop a site. Here is what I have put together for a brief about the project. Pleae ask questions or PM me your thoughts. I don't want to see generic reply and examples of 50 basic landing pages with stock photos. Please send me thoughts, what is possible and 2 examples of complex sites you did. I want to find a good partner to work with on this and more.
This site is going to be a new membership site, that will offer free memberships and paid membership and needs to be integrated with paypal. Inside members will be able to do the following:
1. Main landing page, talks about what we are, services, benefits of being a member and what you get. To see more, you must be a member, which you sign up for using facebook log in or sign up by email. I?d like to offer a paid and free memberships and restrict what each sees. I?d like to be able to ask questions when signing up, such as age, country, etc.
2. Have blog posts that are restricted. Need to have a normal blog and features.
3. A directory of different service providers. The directory will be a variety of travel and event partners. Service providers can log in, edit their directory listing and pay for premium listings, upload photos and offers, all self serve. See example http://www.appthemes.com/themes/vantage/
4. I need a master list of events on one page. People can click on an event, and get more info on the event/write up. These need to be easy to update and add and also include a buy ticket options with paypal. Need to be able to sell tickets/passes to events through paypal.

6. Services Page: This is a main header and will have sub headers: Travel, Corporate Events, Fund Raising, VIP Tickets, Vacation Planning

Requirements:
1. Built in wordpress
2. All SEO plug ins used including local seo
3. Provided luxury based images and proper alt tags and photo seo complete.
4. All social media icons/links
5. Need a way to message everyone who signs up on the site and send notifications.
