Wordpress Developer Needed

Hello,
I made a previous post 2 months ago about needing a web developer but i wasnt ready to hire one on. And now I am. I am looking for a Wordpress developer that can handle some simple tasks such as, CSS changes, text edits and future smaller updates. If work is great this can turn into a long term hourly VA type of job!
