Wordpress Developer needed for website design/custom theme.

I know HTML & CSS pretty well, but I haven't played around with wordpress too much and don't really have the time do do so right now.

I already have a theme in place and am fine for using this as a base, but if you think you can design something better or it would be better to work from scratch let me know.

The site is going to be similar in nature to thisiswhyimbroke dot c-o-m

Basically a blog for aff sites (mostly amazon) that has a grid layout style.
