Wordpress Designer Quote

I have contacted a company with my specifications and they are still setting up their quote and what not but I'd prefer to go through here for a more personal experience that way I can tweak it to my needs without having to go through email and keep getting changes that I'm paying for by the hour. It would basically need a site that is near identical to another wordpress site.

However it has to have some sort of integration with my forum. I would prefer my vBulletin and Wordpress users be shared on the same database so the accounts work on both sites. And then it would need a simple (I think) API integration for our currency system. (vBCredits II)

Further details such as the design and budget can be discussed personally if you are a professional and can work with my above requirements.

Thanks. I've set up blogs on wordpress. I plan on making a site that runs on user generated content though, as an addition to my forum which is why i'd prefer to just to hire someone to make the whole thing from scratch. But I appreciate it c:
