    Are you using some free or purchased theme, if yes, you should contact the vendor. If not, you should contact the developer who coded your site.

    If your theme isn't doing what you want easily, I would search for something that suits your needs more.

    Yes .. change your theme that suits well to your needs and serves you well.. Different themes have different available functions. Also you can remove certain footer links and if it's a free theme and the designer has his name in the bottom you might not be able to remove it, you can buy the theme if you don't like it also for the contact form browse through the extensions. you'll find plenty

    Depending on the theme you're using, you can probably remove the footer links from within the footer.php or sidebar.php files in your theme's folder (again, this depends on the theme that you're using and whether it places "sidebar" content at the bottom of the page). One of the WP themes I use frequently stores all the sidebar content as if it were the page footer, so I have to make my changes in sidebar.php instead of the more common footer.php file.

    There are specific themes that allows you to add and remove footers as well as plugins that do the same. Just search around
