Hi

Im kinda new with working with websites and WordPress. I have purchased a theme and downloaded the contents. I was able to upload it into my site and and used a plugin for the demo installer. However when I view the site the demo is completely out of wack. I have tried reloading several times and still the same issue. Customer support has been taking a long time to get back. Just wondering if im missing something and if its an easy fix?

See attached image. The other pages are worse with no header image

You uploaded the demo more than once, right?
Try to install the theme on a blank WordPress install. The alternative is to manually remove all the pages, posts, categories, etc. and reconfigure the demo pages.

This is a brand new domain. Nothing was on it before expect the default WP theme. I have deleted the theme and reinstalled twice with the same issue. I have done this a long time ago and the demo should import pretty easily. If I have to manually build the demo then what is the point? I might as well find another one that works properly.

You can import the demo 10 times. So you will have 10 times more demo content. Try to fully reinstall WordPress CMS, and reinstall the demo. It should work. If you need more help, pm me the credentials and I will help you for free.

That may be too advanced for me.

By deleting the theme and reinstalling it that doesnt clear everything out?

Nope. There will remain the demo content, inside the WordPress. You have to wipe all out.

It does not. Most of the demo importers add new posts/pages without replacing the existing ones.

You will have to delete all pages/posts manually first.

just reinstall the wordpress first to make it a fresh start and then upload the demo into the website then go to the menu bar and make a short menu instead of it
you will see half the problem would be resolved

I just deleted the site and set it up again. I will try to install the demo again later

This is a mess. Tech support for the theme takes forever. I should have went with one of the more popular ones

Is anyone available to do a zoom over the weekend and walk me through it? I don't really think this should take long and isn't hard to do. Not sure why I'm having such a problem.

Finally got the theme installed correctly through support. The only thing is this theme had like 5 different demo versions. They set up the home page for the demo I wanted. But how do you set up the rest of the pages? Im looking for an option to toggle between demos but not seeing anything.

Another new issues coming up, after you solved one in that world class cms "Wordpress". I use the blocks theme I love them, but add a site tagline under your header site title? Nope that not works in wordpress blocks. Yep, I can add a site tagline in the blocks editor, but the tagline is side by side aligned and not under the site title, I don't know how to fix this and google search is full of crap with standard blablabla like; "add a site tagline use the blocks editor, then the plus sign blablablba"....it not works to have it under the header site title. So I have a website without a tagline, it's normal today ?

And all blocks themes I've tested they not have patterns with site title and site tagline below, only patterns with site title, it's not logic for me what the Wordpress team is doing.

Any tips ?

Tried the Gutenverse plugin has a lot of beautiful patterns and header, but not one single header with site tagline below site title, is it forbiddne today to have a tagline in your wordpress website? You can add the site tagline in the CTA Hero, but I'm not sure if that make sense ? I wonder you guys not have all these issues with wordpress ?

Happy Saturday !

  • Check Plugin Requirements: Ensure all required plugins for the theme are installed and activated.
  • PHP Settings: Make sure your server meets the theme’s PHP requirements (e.g., memory limit, max execution time).
  • Import Again: Try resetting your site using a plugin like WP Reset and re-import the demo.
  • Check Documentation: Look for any specific instructions in the theme’s documentation.
