Wordpress database help!!!

I was the victim of an unscrupulous web designer who, due to my lack of savvy grew impatient with my "silly" questions, retaliated by placing two of my domains in one database! Now I am not very tech savvy, and do not have the funds to hire another, so I was wondering if anyone had a simple set of instructions on how to set up a new database and switch one domain over to it. I would really appreciate any assistance, as this is making both sites very difficult to use, one of which I cannot even get into anymore.

Were they set up in seperate DBs before dude? If so, you can simply contact your hosting company and ask them to restore a backup from that time. You will lose changes to your website since then though. That's the easiest way to do it unfortunately. Or you can just do a fresh install of WP on both domains if you like, a fairly simple process if you have Cpanel and Fantastico.
