Wordpress database and maybe some JS work

I hired someone to build a JS form and account database for clients to log-in, place order, and send e-mail confirmations to both client and owner.

For whatever reason he dropped contact and never finished the database. The form is complete but it doesn't send e-mail, which I need to have a confirmation number for each. As far as I can tell there has been no work started on the database.

I'd like to know what this would cost me so I can hire someone to finish this quick.

If it is not sending emails, check your hosting account. SMTP settings might be down...just go and confirm it first.

I don't think it's set up to send e-mails yet, that is part of the job.
