I am trying to figure out if there is a plugin out there that will take a page created in wordpress and permalink it to look like a sub-domain (eg. Masters.TheBestSiteInTheWorld.com (note this is not my site)).

    If you know please share.

Well that sucks. Is there another option of CMS systems that can do this? I am trying to make it easy to create a page and have it redirect to a subdomain. I know this can be done through HTACCESS but I want a system that is easy to utilize and make changes with as well.

Is there a way to work with $wp_rewrite or add_rewrite_tag or add_rewrite_rule perhaps that will be able to make this work?

Only way would be using "Redirection" plugin and redirecting page to subdomain.

I will figure something out then. May have to settle with domain.com/title instead of title.domain.com
