I am looking for somebody proficient in web development to sub little gigs that we constantly have - almost on a daily basis.
Requirements - PLEASE READ carefully.
1. Communication is the key - i understand most of the people who will respond are going to be outside of US so there is a time difference. If you promise that the job will be done within 24 hrs - i expect it to be done no later than that.
2. Payment is upon the completion ( too many times prepayment system didn't work for me because i had to chase people after the job wasn't done for days)
3. I will offer the gig and the price i am willing to pay - it's YOUR choice to take it or not
4. Payment through PayPal only.
5. Fluent English speaking person preferred - i don't want to spend more time explaining what has to be done than the actual time it takes to finish the job (Sorry time is money)
6. Looking for a long term relationship with a person that can grow into partnership. We will start offering complete web development projects once the trust will be established.
