Wordpress Core file missing in namecheap hosting

Everytime I upload core file it got removed within 1-2 days.

I have cleaned unnecessary plugins or themes.

Did you face this types of issue?

How to solve this?

Have you checked the core file for malware? Cause namecheap or other reputation companies use heavy scanners 24 x 7, if any file has unusual code, they quarantine them, no matter how many times you upload.

How to check it. I didn't see anything in log file. If somethings is deleted and is it possible to know who deleted it? I am not finding the culprit here.

If WordPress core files keep getting removed, it's likely due to malware or your host auto-deleting infected files. Run a full malware scan, reset all passwords, and reinstall WordPress with only clean themes and plugins. If it continues, contact Namecheap support to scan the server and clear infections.

Everything is executed from silent files, which look totally clean and undetectable for many malware scanners.
The easiest way is delete everything except wp-content , wp-config.php , htaccess and replace with official site files.

Note: Please ensure you have a backup or consult an expert, as a minor mistake can render your website inaccessible.

This is what I have mentioned that I did it and it get removed again. Its in loopwhole. I want to get rid of it.

NameCheap is terrible. I'm not saying you don't have something in it, just saying.

I left them years ago.

I hope you figure it out.
 
I am also planning to leave them. I think its their problem. but unfortunately i renewed their package past month. My luck.
