Wordpress copy/paste job

I'm totally busy with client work and could you use someone familiar with WP and can copy and paste effectively. I need some WP demo sites up to show clients before I build them out completely and customize them.

I will provide:
-WP theme and XML file if provider by theme author. (Most have no xml file)
-WP theme demo site URL
-WP user name/password
-cPanle user name/password

I need you to:
-Build the theme out to look exactly like the demo site... Use their dummy text and images.

Quantity:
3-5 sites for now.... If we get along well etc.... at least a few every week.

I may hire a few ppl to test them out and pick the fastest/effective person to work long term on similar projects... Also, specify your preferred payment method.
