Can someone recommend a wp plugin that does contact us/privacy policy/tos?

I used to have one, but I forget what it was. I keep reading that Adsense requires these things.

For a good contact form plugin, search for "fast secure contact form". That's the plugin I use.
I don't know of any plugins for privacy policy, but you can easily create one and paste it on a page. Search for "serprank privacy policy generator".

Contact form 7 is the best free one, trust me. Gravity Forms is way better, but can be pricey

I use WP-Insert for TOS and Privacy Policy and Contact form 7 for the contact us.

Wish there was an easy all in one...

I agree. I did use contact form 7, but found fast secure contact form much better and easier t #o use.
