Hi guys,
I built my WP site several months ago, but the contact form confused me that I can not see the visitor's telephone number, address, name. I can just get the email address which is transferred by Wordpress. I have set all options are required before submission, so only a question about how to make contact form correct to get all information that the visitor leaves.

Anybody knows it?

What plugin are you using? Why do you want phone numbers? Won't just email do for initial contact?

Would nice to let us know the plugin you are using. For example Contact Form 7 is nice plugin and you can customize it

Hi, the plugin is Contact Form 7, I need the full information for further following of my visitors.

Hi Cyber, the plugin is Contact Form 7.

In my opinion Contact Form 7 is not very noob friendly,

For a simple contact form I recommend you use "Smart forms" or use this one

WP forms lite - https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpforms-lite/

Smart forms https://wordpress.org/plugins/smart-forms/ (my recommendation)

These are free plugins but limited - but for a simple contact form it will do the trick.

I agree with Mochino. I've tried explaining it to a colleague who was a newbie back then and she had a difficult time digesting everything. If you're still having troubles, you can switch to simpler versions.
