Im new to Link Building and I have a site on page 2 of google with only 11 backlinks for a very small keyword.

My question is If I leave comments on WP blogs and its no follow do I still get back link juice?

As you said, most of the wordpress blogs carries do-follow attribute by default. G00gle won't count do-follow link(That's what they say), but you can still see those links indexed and showing your webmaster account. In my opinion, they still carries some weight and it is always good to have a mixture of no-follow/do-follow links so that it looks more natural to SE.

There are many other blog platforms which you can target. Some are even do-follow by default like Blog Engine and Drupals....If you are doing manual blog comments, post your comments in the niche relevant blog...

ok Thanks, yeah it's all manual I did about 30 random blogs before I got bored some were in my market though.

Im still wondering if its worth buying scrapebox to do it for me

Actually it worth a lot. You can harvest your niche relevant blogs in a matter of minutes and start posting comments.

It is kinda cheap I would be paying in GBP too. Im just unemployed at them mo so when i have the money I will get it.

Just trying to get my own webdesign site ranked high so i can get some clients its alot harder than I thought but its quite fun especially black hat stuff :) oooo Taboo!

Actually, do a little more work and try to make the comments relevant to the given blog - go more long-tailed. You can then get both juice and some traffic.

do I post the url of my site in the blog post or just in the website here box? just another thought I had

Typically, it's a good idea to just post your link in the 'Website' text box. If your comment is relevant, you risk damaging the appearance of its legitimacy by adding a link. Also, since you're already adding a backlink, I don't imagine that adding another to the same site in the same post reaps many benefits.

Post comments on as many blogs as you can find. Both related and unrelated.
