I was looking into SEO, and I was wondering

Is Wordpress Comments "No-follow" by default or otherwise?

What about blogger comments?

I'm not sure about blogger comments. But wordpress you usually want to keep do follow for a bit, and then switch it off once you get enough traffic to sustain it.

Almost all blogger blogs are nofollow

do you mean the wp does not allow to show your comment?

i usually post some comment on wp, after hitting submit, nothing happen. my comment is not shown up and no waiting-moderation note there.

They are nofollow by default. You need a plugin to make them, you know, ******** .
