Wordpress Comments Pagination

I'm looking for a plugin that can paginate Wordpress comments the Twitter style.

I.e. first X comments are loaded the normal way (without secondary AJAX request). The rest can be loaded using AJAX by pressing "Show More".

Is there anything like that you aware of? I couldnt find something that comes even closer on wordpress.org/plugins/

Thanks for the suggestion! Its not exactly what I need.

I dont want to duplicate the main content by comment pagination.

Plugin that does it the Twitter way will be excellent.

Meanwhile switched to Disqus, but its not the ideal solution.
