it does have fields you can add like email and website already

if you hit the authors name it takes you to the authors posts which is nice but it fucks my theme up and the page looks dumb

There's a comment form module that comes with the Jetpack plugin, which is free to download. I use it on a couple of sites and it's satisfactory; I have no complaints about it.
