Wordpress.com Refund?

Just want to ask if i can refund my domain registration to wordpress.com?

i notice that it will cost me more if i will run my blog using wordpress.com

because in wordpress.com i have to upgrade to be able to customize my css, embed video from YT,Videozer etc...

now i have to do is to refund $25 and just buy a domain+web host at namecheap and just use wordpress.org plugins..

Don't refund the domain, because you will have to wait at least couple of weeks before you can re-register it elsewhere, just transfer it to your new hosting. Whats the 25$ for? only domain?

wordpress charge me a total of $25 including domain registration and whois blah blah something...

i like to put a video on my blog but wordpress dot com said i have to upgrade and it cost about $54 a year...

i just want to register again a new domain..
