Hello,
I use wordpress.com for my site with premium plan, but I need to add some things to my site (chat pop up, google analytics...) so do you suggest I move to wordpress.org? I'm a bit noobie will it be okay to use it?

It will be a bit of homework for you but the best option is to take a hosting plan with a cPanel and then have your own copy of wordpress where you can do anything you like.

Yep, you can make money with site on wordpress.com but it can't match the options that your own domain and hosting will give you now or in the future.

Of course you want more access for your site, You definitely move on WordPress.org self hosted plan. You can add more plugins, theme etc. in WordPress.org

Get your own domain and hosting, after you set it up the first time you'll find it easy to manage, you can do anything you like then :)

From personal experience & professional experience, move to wordpress.org.
- You have more freedom and more flexibility.
- It's free.
- There's more documentation on the web for customizing your site.
- It's much easier to profit with given you can customize it however you need to.

I think you should, on youtube you can find several tutorials how to install and config wordpress.org. In 2-3 days you can learn the basics and in 1 week you will have enough confidence to set complex settings.
