WordPress.com 2.0/PBN

Hey I'm considering Fight Back Networks. For my WordPress blog I was thinking of just using wordpress.com as to host the blog and point a high DA/PA domain name to it.

Does FBN care if the actual blog is hosted on wordpress.com or does it need to be hosted privately?
