Wordpress Categories, to Crawl or not to Crawl?

I've googled this and couldn't find anything useful, should I block Google from crawling my categories or not?

I always block Google for crawling my categories. Just to be sure on i don't get any DC:

Yeah that was my take on it too, just wanted to check in case im missing out on any benefit from them being crawled.
