I've developed a site for a client that has a high volume of commenting. What should I do concerning my caching strategy. I want new visitors to see the latest comments but I still want caching to be set to refresh every 30 days. --- I use quick cache and like it. It updates pages and posts as I edit them so no worries with new content being displayed, but I don't see an option to have the page/post recache itself with every new approved comment. Does it already do this or am I missing something?

I'd personally use one of the super cache plugins instead, though even with those you have to tweak them if you want real time content to show up as if you weren't running a caching plugin. Unless you're pushing a ton of visitors and need this it really isn't worth it imo.

I think the following thread should be able to help you with selecting a cache option: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/blogging/393520-cache-comparison-results-best-wordpress-cache.html
