I'm doing same thing for 6 years since 2015 (local target on local forum) and the results its almost stable until this time cause I charge standard price on my country its about 20-30$/project even if many competitor, if client satisfied with the results and repeat order Will come on the future for more project

anything can be worth it. The question is can you drive enough business to the site to book projects in. If you can answer that then you have the answer. Its going to be different for every person you ask.

Don't be put off by the competition and their pricing. In fact, charging more can work to your advantage if you can show people you deliver a better product. Web design is really just getting the customer's foot into your door. Upselling them on maintenance, content management, seo, and other recurring services is what you want. Having a handful of clients with deep pockets is a lot better than going after a lot of clients with little money on hand because, they are more willing to pay for your additional services and you can spend more time focusing on the few clients you have versus trying to manage 100's.

If you talented, you can earn more with wordpress web developing 2021. Learn more depth about wordpress and market your skill better. Think different from normal designers. Give New, Quality designs for clients. you can achieve success.

Just buy a theme on the market and pick up a client who is willing to pay you around $ 100 for 1 website design.
Initially I wanted to try this out.
However, due to time constraints. I didn't start
Buy 1 friend on marketplace and find lots of customers through Facebook ads

Sure, it can be worth it.
Unless of course every single neighbor of yours is a WordPress genius and there are like dozens of @Festinger vaults around the corner (because then you can't tell your clients that the plugins are expensive etc, which trust me can be a major upsell)
