Wordpress Blog Site

Please give me your input. My plan is to setup 100 domain names. Each domain name will be its own wordpress site. I was thinking of outsourcing it or should I use an auto blog software? I need to get each one ranked on pr 1.

Also, anyone know any good places for buying domain names in bulk at a discount?
