Alright guys so I have made a wordpress blog and want to install plugins, any type of plugins. My question to my fellow BHtters is which plugins are a must and have worked for you in the past ? 
Wordpress blog installed, Which plugins are a must and did they work for you???

all of mike2000's are a good bet.
I would also suggest you take a look at all of the plugins (free) that maxblogpress-com has to offer. they are some of the best on the net. keep in mind though: while all of their plugins get 'along'? they will conflict (as some plugins do!) with some other plugins. their 'seo post' plug should not be se if you are using 'all in one' or 'platinum' seo plugs. the ping optimizer, opt-in, and 'amx banner ads' are on my must have list.

get top-level-category that removes the "/category/" in the url for category sections
