Hi

my website is PHP and i want create new url on my website and install wordpress and run my weblog on it .

for example my website url is : mydomain.com , and i want run my wordpress on : mydomain.com/blog .

it can make bad effect on my seo ?

1. Wordpress is also built in PHP.
2. Nopes it will not. If you post good and related articles, it will help you to get more visitors.

P.S. Do make sure to link your main site from the blog (IMO). That way, your visitors can go to your main site too, if they are interested.

There's no negative installing your wordpress in a subdirectory, as stated it is good practice to interlink if there is related contant as google will pick up these links and 'see' that your blog is not just a single article but part of a site that has 'knowledge' on the subject
