Wordpress blog creator

For the last there days I have searched for wordpress MU blog creator without much luck, I saw here some post where people talked about creating them without given a name.

Is there a script or a plugin that creates blogs automatically, or creates blogs for all the user?
wpmudev has a plugin that does this but is to expensive, I am looking for something free.

Batch Create from wpmu*dev is useless, it work very slow I can create user and blogs faster manually, with a macro it will go even faster
