I love your taste. Drupal is pretty elegant. I consider it as the OG HMVC framework. It is tough to learn though.

Just use a fork dude haha. Wp isn’t the only software that had issues.

I will give you more examples, redis and rustlang. Google them (separately). Shit happens and we move on. Opensource still survives.
