hi am looking fo a wordpress plugin that will pull content from another site and auto post them on my site similar to myvideoblog plugin but not for video for article anyone know any ?

will using this make G penelize my site i need a lot of content before i start updating with unique is this a good move?

Well, it depends on how you do it.
In general autoblogs are dead now although some people still make a little money from them.
If you just repost other peoples articles then there is a chance you will be penalised the other way is "content curation".
Do a search for that.
