Wordpress Automatic Tagging Plugin?

I can't seem to find a plugin that will work exactly the way that I need it to. Basically what I want is for it to search against the yahoo api, and any other possible databases to generate relevant tags automatically for my posts. And I would like for it to automatically generate more tags for my posts that are automatically published using WP-o-matic and UAW plugin.

The best thing would be if it could run like a cron, so I can set it and forget it.

I tried using Calais-archive-tagger but this won't run the whole way through and won't resume and I can't find a way to cron this job or anything to auto tag, still searching avidly though so any help would be greatly appreciated thank you before hand.

I found one that work amazingly for autoblogs in general, its called Tag Pig and can be found here, it doesn't go back to previous posts to my knowledge or from what I have noticed but it does get tag the net and Y@hoo tags for your posts once they are published which is exactly what I was looking for, hope this helped someone else as well!

i would like to know how to get a tagging script that tags all of the posts that are made now... and not when they are made

i know this sounds really basic, but try searching on google for one... i dont know of one off the top my nogin

Use calais-archive-tagger

it will go through and use the calais API to tag past posts, then remove it.

Unless you have over 2k posts in which case it seems to stop for most people before quite hitting 2k but hey its better than manually going through right?

Tagpig for some reason took up all the resources on my server and caused my website to go down, effectively removing all my ranking pages... hopefully temporarily.

I am looking at all the files in these automatic tagging plugins for wordpress trying to make a version that I think would be most useful but I barely know how to print text with PHP so if there is anyone out there that has developed a plugin before and wants to listen to my idea so we can make it and share it with BHW please send me a PM.

I don't know if it will work but hey thats why I am asking for assistance

I second Automatic Post Tagger. We used it on a client project and worked wonders!
