Wordpress auto menu?

I run a couple of WP sites that are AI generated. Each site posts about 50 posts per day. I publish in draft and then have to manually add each post to the correct category and then to the correct menu.

Can anyone suggest an easy to use method that would automate this process so that I can just auto post under the correct category and menu please

You can fully automate this using a custom function that assigns categories on post publish and hooks into wp_update_nav_menu_item() to auto-add the post to the right menu.
